06 - 8 slices thick-cut bacon
07 - 4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
08 - 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
09 - 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
10 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
11 - 1 sliced avocado (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Combine mayonnaise, minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Adjust chipotle quantity to desired spiciness and set aside.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook bacon slices until crisp. Drain on paper towels to remove excess fat.
03 - Gently warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until flexible and warm.
04 - Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of chipotle mayo evenly over each tortilla. Layer shredded lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and avocado if using down the center.
05 - Place 2 crispy bacon slices atop the layered vegetables on each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Slice in half if preferred and serve immediately.
