Instructions

Prepare Oven & Dish:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Butter a medium baking dish (about 2 liters/2 quarts).
Boil Pasta:
Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make Cheese Sauce Base:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Add Milk:
