# Directions:

- Combine sliced flank steak with 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Mix thoroughly and set aside while preparing other components.
- In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Simmer over medium heat. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens, about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Boil noodles according to package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add oil and stir-fry marinated beef in batches until browned and just cooked, approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from pan and keep warm.
- In the same pan, add additional oil if necessary. Stir-fry bell pepper, sugar snap peas, and carrots for 2 to 3 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Return beef to the pan with vegetables. Add prepared teriyaki sauce and cooked noodles. Toss together over medium heat until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Divide the mixture into serving bowls and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and extra sliced green onions.
