Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Meat

01 - 2 pounds ground beef (80/20 blend)

→ Binding and Flavor

02 - 1 box (6 ounces) Stove Top stuffing mix, any flavor
03 - 2 large eggs

→ Liquid

04 - 1 cup water or milk

→ Optional Topping

05 - 1/2 cup ketchup or barbecue sauce

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a standard loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix ground beef, stuffing mix, eggs, and chosen liquid until just incorporated without overworking.
03 - Transfer mixture to prepared loaf pan and press gently to form an even loaf.
04 - If desired, spread ketchup or barbecue sauce evenly over the top of the loaf.
05 - Bake uncovered for 50 to 55 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F and fully cooked.
06 - Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
