14 - 4 Italian hoagie rolls or ciabatta rolls, split
15 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
16 - 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
17 - 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
18 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
19 - 1 tsp dried oregano
20 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
21 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
# Directions:
01 - Slice and chop all deli meats and cheeses into uniform, bite-sized pieces.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped meats, cheeses, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, pepperoncini peppers, roasted red peppers, olives, and cucumber.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
04 - Pour dressing over sandwich filling mixture, then toss very thoroughly until evenly coated.
05 - Split the hoagie or ciabatta rolls. Toast lightly if preferred.
06 - Heap the dressed mixture generously onto each roll.
