A refreshing blend of bouncy coffee jelly cubes in a sweet creamy milk mix, chilled and ready to enjoy.

# What You'll Need:

→ Coffee Jelly

01 - 2 cups hot brewed strong coffee
02 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
03 - 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder
04 - 2 tablespoons cold water

→ Sweet Cream

05 - 1 cup whole milk
06 - 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
07 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
08 - Ice cubes as needed

# Directions:

01 - Sprinkle gelatin powder over cold water in a small bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes until the gelatin absorbs the water and becomes spongy.
02 - Stir granulated sugar into hot brewed coffee until completely dissolved. Add the bloomed gelatin mixture, whisking continuously until fully incorporated.
03 - Pour the coffee mixture into a shallow dish or baking pan. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1.5 hours until firm and set.
04 - Remove the set jelly from the refrigerator. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes using a sharp knife, keeping the cubes intact.
05 - Combine whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream in a pitcher. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is homogeneous and smooth.
06 - Fill serving glasses with coffee jelly cubes and add a few ice cubes. Pour the sweet cream mixture over the jelly, filling each glass.
07 - Serve immediately with a wide straw or spoon. Stir gently before drinking to distribute the jelly cubes throughout the cream.
