03 - 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
04 - 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 cup homemade croutons
06 - Kosher salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

08 - 4 flour tortillas, 10-inch diameter
# Directions:
01 - In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons together with tongs until evenly coated. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Add additional dressing if desired. Set aside.
02 - Heat the flour tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds per side until pliable, or microwave wrapped in paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds. Keep tortillas warm under a kitchen towel.
03 - Place warmed tortillas on a clean surface. Distribute the salad mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it centrally.
04 - Fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly like a burrito. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
05 - Serve the wraps whole or cut in half as preferred.
