02 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
07 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
→ Tacos
08 - 8 small flour tortillas (6-inch diameter)
09 - 8 slices cheddar cheese
10 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, for frying
→ Toppings
11 - 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
12 - 1 large tomato, diced
13 - 1/4 cup dill pickles, sliced
14 - 1/4 cup diced red onion
15 - 1/4 cup burger sauce (store-bought or homemade)
# Directions:
01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
02 - Stir ketchup and yellow mustard into the cooked beef. Continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes until well incorporated. Remove from heat.
03 - Wipe the skillet clean. Add vegetable oil and heat over medium heat, ensuring a thin layer coats the surface.
04 - Place one flour tortilla onto the skillet. Immediately top with one slice of cheddar cheese and a heaping spoonful of the seasoned beef. Fold the tortilla in half, gently pressing to seal edges. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
05 - Fill each taco with shredded iceberg lettuce, diced tomato, sliced pickles, and diced red onion. Drizzle with burger sauce. Serve immediately while hot.
