# Directions:

01 - Arrange three shallow bowls: add flour, salt, and black pepper to the first; beat eggs with milk in the second; combine panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese (if using) in the third.
02 - Dredge each onion ring in seasoned flour, immerse in egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure adherence.
03 - Set air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.
04 - Lightly mist both sides of each breaded onion ring with cooking spray.
05 - Place onion rings in a single layer in air fryer basket, working in batches if needed. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until rings are golden brown and crisp.
