01 - 1/3 cup cold heavy cream
02 - 2 tbsp cold 2% milk
03 - 1 tbsp vanilla syrup (store-bought or homemade)

# Directions:

01 - Pour the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla syrup into a tall, narrow glass or a milk frother.
02 - Use a handheld milk frother, electric whisk, or vigorously shake in a tightly sealed jar for 30 to 60 seconds until the mixture thickens, becomes smooth, and doubles in volume.
03 - Gently spoon the cold foam over iced coffee or cold brew and serve immediately.
