# Directions:
01 - Set the oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare a rimmed sheet pan by lining with parchment paper.
02 - Spread broccoli florets and halved baby potatoes evenly on the pan. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil, season lightly with salt and pepper. Toss to coat and arrange in a single layer.
03 - Combine honey, soy sauce, remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Whisk until fully blended.
04 - Place salmon fillets skin-side down between the vegetables. Brush each fillet generously with the honey garlic glaze.
05 - Bake for 18–22 minutes until salmon is opaque and cooked through, potatoes are tender, and edges begin to caramelize.
