- Step 1:
- In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese Greek yogurt garlic powder salt and black pepper Mix until smooth and spreadable
- Step 2:
- Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface Spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla leaving a 1 cm (1/2 inch) border
- Step 3:
- Sprinkle an even layer of each vegetable bell peppers carrot cucumber purple cabbage and chives over the cream cheese arranging colors in rows or scattered for a Christmas lights effect
- Step 4:
- Gently press the veggies into the spread then tightly roll up the tortilla
