# Directions:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Cut each pickle spear in half lengthwise to form "fries." Pat dry with paper towels.
03 - Set up a breading station: Place flour in one shallow bowl. In a second bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In a third bowl, mix panko, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne (if using).
04 - Dredge each pickle fry in flour, then dip in egg mixture, then coat in panko mixture. Press gently to adhere breadcrumbs.
05 - Arrange breaded pickle fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
