This salad became a hit at my last Christmas party, with guests asking for seconds because of its unique blend of salty and sweet flavors.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz (140 g) mixed baby greens (e.g., arugula, spinach, radicchio): Fresh and crisp greens form the base of the salad
  • 1 small red apple, cored and thinly sliced: Adds sweetness and crunch
  • 1/2 cup (90 g) pomegranate seeds: Juicy and tart bursts of flavor
  • 1/3 cup (40 g) sliced roasted almonds: Provides texture and nuttiness
  • 4 oz (115 g) hard salami, sliced into thin strips: Salty protein element

Instructions
