# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large, clean bowl, use an electric mixer to whip egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff, glossy peaks are achieved.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until smooth.
04 - Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, using a spatula and taking care not to deflate the batter.
05 - Divide the batter equally into bowls for each desired color. Incorporate a few drops of gel food coloring into each bowl, gently folding until evenly tinted.
