06 - ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
07 - ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley

08 - 1 cup chopped toasted pecans or walnuts
09 - ¼ cup chopped fresh chives (optional)
# Directions:
01 - In a large mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and homogeneous.
02 - Gently fold in green onions and parsley until evenly distributed.
03 - Place mixture onto a large sheet of plastic wrap and form into a ball, ensuring an even shape using the wrap.
04 - Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow firm setting.
05 - Combine chopped pecans (and chives if used) on a plate. Unwrap chilled cheese ball and roll in nut mixture to coat evenly.
06 - Serve immediately, or wrap tightly and freeze up to 1 month. Thaw overnight in refrigerator before serving.
