01 - 8 rectangular whole-grain crackers
02 - 1 cucumber, sliced into rounds
03 - 16 mini pretzel sticks

04 - 3.5 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
05 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
06 - 1 carrot, peeled and cut into sticks
07 - 1 small apple, sliced
08 - ½ cup seedless grapes
09 - ½ cup cherry tomatoes
10 - ¼ cup hummus
11 - 4 small grape tomatoes or blueberries

12 - 2 celery sticks, cut into 2 inch pieces
13 - 1 mini pickle
14 - 1 tablespoon cream cheese
# Directions:
01 - Place the whole-grain crackers in a line on a large platter to form the train cars base.
02 - Use cream cheese or hummus as adhesive to attach cucumber slices as wheels to each cracker and insert pretzel sticks underneath as axles.
03 - Fill each cracker with different fillings: cubed cheddar, carrot sticks, bell pepper strips, apple slices, grapes, and cherry tomatoes.
04 - Stack two cheddar cubes at the front to form the engine, top with a mini pickle or celery piece as the smokestack, and place grape tomatoes or blueberries as lights.
05 - Use cream cheese or hummus to secure additional decorations as needed for stability.
