- Salami: 100 g
- Smoked ham: 100 g
- Aged cheddar: 150 g, cubed
- Brie: 120 g, sliced
- Gouda: 120 g, sliced

- Apple: 1, sliced
- Pear: 1, sliced
- Dried apricots: 60 g
- Dried figs: 60 g, halved
- Mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans): 50 g
- Assorted crackers: 120 g
- Breadsticks: 80 g
- Cream cheese: 200 g, softened
- Unsalted butter: 2 tbsp, softened
- Powdered sugar: 60 g
- Molasses: 2 tbsp
- Ground ginger: 1 tsp
- Ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
- Ground nutmeg: ½ tsp
- Ground cloves: ¼ tsp
- Vanilla extract: ½ tsp

Instructions
