# Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs thoroughly. Whisk in buttermilk, vegetable oil, hot buffalo wing sauce, and apple cider vinegar until homogenized.
- Add wet mixture into the dry bowl and gently fold using a spatula until just combined to avoid overmixing.
- Fold in shredded cheddar, blue cheese, celery, scallions, fresh dill, and parsley until evenly dispersed.
- In a small bowl, stir together sour cream and ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared pan. Dollop half the ranch mixture over the batter, then use a knife to gently swirl. Repeat with the remaining batter and ranch mixture.
- Bake loaf for 45 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center emerges clean.
- Allow loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely before slicing.
