# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • It takes less than ten minutes of actual work, and the freezer does the rest while you forget about it.
  • You can throw in whatever berries or toppings are lingering in your pantry and it still turns out beautiful.
  • It feels like dessert but sneaks in protein and fruit, which makes it fair game for breakfast.
02 -
  • If your yogurt is too thin, the bark will freeze into a sheet of ice instead of creamy bites. Stick with thick Greek yogurt or strain regular yogurt through cheesecloth first.
  • Don't skip the parchment paper. I tried using a silicone mat once and spent twenty minutes scraping frozen yogurt off in sad little clumps.
03 -
  • Taste your yogurt before you sweeten it, some brands are tangy and need more honey, others are mild and need less.
  • Press your toppings down gently after sprinkling so they freeze into the yogurt instead of falling off when you break it apart.
